Held in the sacred landscape of Avalon, in the devoted space of the goddess hall , this immersive day retreat unfolds on Tuesday 23rd June , in the golden afterglow of Litha. You are invited into a day of softening and remembrance, a somatic journey to the heart of the rose to uncover her deeper medicine , where body, breath and spirit meet in devotion.Together we explore the seat of compassion sequence of movement , to ground and open into this work. The heart-womb connection through guided practice, to awaken your inner temple and deepen your innate intuition. The ancient art of distillation, we will create a rose hydrosol to take home . Sensory rose tea ritual and botanical art. And we will meet with Venus for insight, beauty and her blessing . I cannot wait to be your guide.
